A Day at Klinik Kesihatan

Assalamualaikum...

Went to Klinik Kesihatan today to teman mama take her blood. Since mama discharged from IJN *Alhamdulillah.. She's been discharged for good after 11 years berulang alik to IJN for check-ups and all*, she's been referred to Hospital Ampang. Then, according to Hospital Ampang, her case is not that serious anymore *Alhamdulillah*. So they refer her to Klinik Kesihatan yg biasa. All this while she went with my brother and sometimes she went there alone.

Since today I'm not working and i've promised her to teman her, so, early in the morning dah siap nak pegi. Her appointment kol 8 am. The Klinik Kesihatan is not far from our place. Lebih kurang 10 mins je dah bleh sampai. Once we reached there, subhanallah, punya la ramai org beratur.. Sampai ke bahu jalan ok!!

So I dropped her there while I go meronda cari parking. Dah la xde parking. Hentam je la kan since sumer org pun main parking je tepi2 jalan. Once done, aku pun join la mama beratur. My gudness, org yg bratur panjang2 nih stakat nak amik nombor je tau. Duh.. Aku agak ilang sabar gak la kan. Seb baik xde kes yg potong2 line kan. Ada pun yg kes mmg xleh elak la. So, bila dah masuk dlm klinik kesihatan tu plak... Aduhai hati... Sabar je la ye. Punya la ramai manusia....

And biasala kalo dah ramai2 mcm ni.. Mcm2 ragam la yg kita bleh tgk. Dah la seat limited. So, u can see people standing here n there. Once mama dah register and pay the RM 1, dia suh pegi blakang. To take the blood sample. I tot xyah la tunggu... Tapi... Bila sampai je... Huh... Lagi la ramai. And kat situ, u just masuk letak ur card and wait for ur turn. Juz imagine, the board shows 3019 and mama's turn is 3063. Gila ke apa? But then sabar je la kan. Yes, as i mentioned earlier the seats are limited. So, kena la berdiri. And to make it worst, tempat tu adalah padat. Some of them dok tunggu kat pintu tempat amik darah tu. Ada gak yg slumber je dok kat krusi nurse tu. Ada gak yg bawak kusi kecik sendiri. Which is so bagus la kan? We waited and waited.

Yang buat aku agak ilang sabar is the nurse attitude. Most of them are rude. Sikit senyum pun xde. Pendek kata kalo ko sakit pegi situ makin sakit la. Lagi satu hal, diorang ni mcm suka la sangat dok jerit2 panggil nama patient. What's the purpose u give them the number if lepas tu ko suka2 je jerit2 panggil nama?? Menjerit macam nak lepas geram. Ada few times gak la nurse tu kena jeling ngan aku kan? Well hello!!! If like lepas few times ko panggil tu xde yg menyahut, ye la patut ko kuatkan sikit suara tu. Ni tak... Kuar je terus melalak. Agak menyampah la kan.

Back to Mama punya story.. Her name being called after like more than an hour waiting. Itu pun agak lama gak la kat dalam tu kena tunggu. Sempat la I lelap jap. Sedar2 mama kata dah siap. Pegi makan dulu then kol 10.30 dtg balik for 2nd time amik darah. Menonong la aku ni ikut. So, after breakfast, pegi la balik Klinik tu. And skali lagi.. tunggu lagi... This time like 40 mins plak kena tunggu. And according to mama, this time x masuk kat tempat yg spatutnya pun. The nurse juz amik darah dia kat tempat dia tunggu turn kat dalam tu. Lepas amik darah tu, nurse tu bleh kata "dah, bleh balik!". Aku yg naik angin dengar mama ckp nurse tu ckp cam tu. Bodoh piang betul. Sakit betul ati aku.

Well.. Itu la my first experience kat Klinik Kesihatan. I know, itu la keadaannya when u pay RM 1 kan? But tat doesnt give u the rights to treat people badly especially when ur duty is to help those in need. Being in a customer service line buat aku lebih particular bout this. Wahai Kementerian Kesihatan, please do something bout your service.
